Time to wipe the slate clean … literally! This is a sneak-peek at the character mud-map I’ve been using as I’ve written ‘The Narrows Run’. I’ve nearly finished integrating the feedback from my beta-reader team, plus seemingly endless rounds of self-editing 
. The self-editing HAS to stop somewhere, and I’m itching to send the manuscript off to my editor any day now.
I’ve started detailed planning of my 4th novel and so my whiteboard needed a full wipe to make way for the next mud-map. I use these maps plus other tools to build the characters, the ‘world’, and the story for each book. More news on book #4 soon…
